The OCMobile - Inventory application offers a robust solution for streamlining inventory counts using your preferred mobile device. Its user interface is designed to be highly intuitive, requiring minimal training for effective use. Users can export the entire inventory database directly to their device and perform counts similar to using traditional paper count sheets. Once completed, inventory data can be uploaded back to the desktop version of Optimum Control with a single click, minimizing duplicate data entry and enhancing accuracy.

The application’s advanced search functionality, combined with the integrated barcode scanning through the device’s camera, significantly reduces the time needed for inventory counts. Additionally, any new barcodes assigned during counting can be rapidly integrated into the existing OC item definitions, ensuring up-to-date information without disrupting workflow.

Importantly, OCMobile - Inventory functions effectively without a persistent internet connection. Inventory data is loaded onto the device beforehand, allowing offline operation even in challenging environments such as basement freezers or remote storage areas.
